Greg Ibe shortlisted as Abia guber candidate as APGA releases list of flag bearers in 19 states

Professor Greg Ibe has been shortlisted as the authentic governorship candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, as the party, Monday, released the list of its governorship flag bearers submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for the 2023 polls in 19 states.
The shortlisting of Professor Ibe as the Abia flag bearer has put paid to the claims by Chikwe Udensi who came a distant fourth in the party’s primaries.
According to the list signed by the National Organising Secretary of the party, Mr Ifeanyi Mbaeri, Professor Benerd Odoh was also shortlisted for Ebonyi State.
Others include: Ekpo Ita, Akwa Ibom State; Yahaya Cholli,Adamawa State; Joseph Waya, Benue State; and Great Ogbolu, Delta State.
The list also shows Frank Nweke Jnr. as the governorship candidate for Enugu State; Elleman Ahmed, Jigawa; Andrew Duya, Kaduna; and Yakasani Umar Sule, Kano.
Others are: Amadu Dahiru/Sauri, Katsina; Matthew Ombugaku, Nasarawa; Abdullahi Khadija, Niger; Adewale Adeshina, Oyo; Samuel Abashe; Ugochukwu Beke, Rivers; Mansur Ibrahim, Sokoto; Sunday Manu, Taraba; and Lawali Usman, Zamfara.
