Abia : Tribunal upholds election of Onuigbo
* Awards N100,000 cost against Apugo

The National /State House of Assembly election petitions tribunal sitting in Umuahia, today, Monday, upheld the election of Hon. Sam Onuigbo ( PDP ).
Chairman of the three -man panel ,Justice Cornelius Akintayo, who delivered a unanimous judgement declared that the petition was lacking in merit.
He affirmed the victory of Onuigbo and awarded N100,000 cost against Apugo.
