Prof Greg Ibe gets ‘sports icon of the year’ award @ NPUGA

Founder of Gregory University Uturu, Prof Gregory Ibe, has been confered with the prestigious “Sports Icon of the Year” award at the closing ceremony of the 8th edition of the Nigerian Private Universities Games (NPUGA).
The event which took place at Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State, witnessed the participation of over 25 private universities.
Presenting the award, Prof Ademola Tayo, Vice Chancellor of Babcock University, commended Prof Ibe’s contributions to the overall development of sports.
Prof Tayo encouraged other capable Nigerians to emulate Prof Ibe’s achievements.
Engr Arinze Anthony received the plaque on behalf of Prof Ibe and pledged his continued support to NPUGA.
