The event almost degenerated into a political rally as political big wigs defied party affiliations to identify with the colourful event.
Some of the big boys at the event were: the Deputy Governor of Abia State, Dr. Ude Oko Chukwu; the incoming National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Senator Samuel Anyanwu; and Senator Mao Ohuabunwa.
Spotted at the event also were Hon. Ginger Onwuasuibe representing Isiala Ngwa North state constituency; his Umuahia North counterpart, Hon. Kelechi Onwuzuruike; son of former Deputy Governor and business mogul, Enyinna Nwafor, among others.
Various music artists were on ground to spice up the atmosphere.
