Alexia Thomas demands unconditional release of Kanu before July 26
*Says his detention, a legal scam
British fiery human rights activist, and Founder and Chairman of the Commonwealth Liberation Party (TCLP), Her knowledgeable Prof Alexia Thomas, has demanded the unconditional release of the Leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, allegedly “abuducted” in Kenya and brought to Nigeria in June.
The ‘Royal Mother’, who has been at the fore-front of the campaign against  acts of Black oppression, slavery, injustice and  dehumanization took to the social media to express her condemnation of Kanu’s re-arrest.
Professor Thomas who is a chieftain and Pioneer of the Commonwealth Alliance Treaty Commission in the United Kingdom, demanded Kanu’s unconditional release before his next adjourned court hearing on July 26.

She wrote: “Nigerian Government Must Retreat For The Veil Of Justice Vertias Can No Longer Stand, Hence Kanu Is A Demagogue In Compliance With United Nations Protocols Article 19 Of International Law UDHR 1948, Unconditional Release Of Kanu Is Demanded Unfailingly Before The 26/07/2021 As The Judge Can Not Proceed On One Party Hearing. – By Her Knowledgeable Prof. Alexia Thomas”.
The legal practitioner further argued that:”Kanu’s detention is a legal scam of political jeopardy – meaning his none appearance in court on the 26/07/2021 Is the only option for false charges against him to be null and void”.

She said that “Nigeria government lacks merit of justification to charges against Kanu in any competent court of law”.
