Ohanaeze youths angry over intimidation of youths in Igbo land

Ohanaeze Youth Council, OYC, has expressed anger over alleged continued harassment of youths in South East by security operatives.

Ohanaeze Youths Council President, Comrade Igboayaka. O. Igboayaka has called on the Chief of Army Staff, and other security Chiefs to please ensure adequate protection of Youths in South East.

He said there was no justification for any state of emergency in South East as being allegedly reported in some media.

OYC argued that if there were a zone to declare state of emergency, it will be in North East where killings by terrorists have become a daily occurrence.
