Breaking : Ikpeazu appoints Agbazuere chief of staff , Chikamnayo adviser

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State, has appointed Dr. Anthony Agbazuere as his new Chief of Staff.

The former Isiala Ngwa South Council boss, was until his new appointment, the General Manager of the Abia State Passenger Insurance Manifest and Safety Scheme.

According to a release by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Onyebuchi Ememanka, the appointment is with immediate effect.

The Constitutional lawyer has served in various capacities at different times in the state including serving Commissioner for Information, Special Adviser as well as Chairman, Abia State Chapter of the Nigeria Labor Congress.

According to the release, Agbazuere “holds a Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Law.”

The release said “Ikpeazu also approved the appointment of Barrister Eze Chikamnayo as his new Special Adviser on Strategy and Communications.”

Chikamnayo is also a former Commissioner for Information in the State.
