The Special Adviser to National President on (IPMAN) Seeks cooperation in tackling pipeline vandalism

The Commissioner of Police Bayelsa State Command CP Mike Okoli fsi, plays host to the leadership of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), Bayelsa State Chapter.
The delegation was led by the Special adviser to the National President (IPMAN) Alh. Ibrahim Haliru, who introduced the State Taskforce Chairman Hon. Bello Bina and other state executives to the Commissioner of Police, at the State Headquarters, Yenagoa. In his remarks, the Special adviser pointed out that Hon. Bello Bina is expected to use his wealth of experience in the oil and gas industry to checkmate pipeline vandalism, crude oil theft and other criminal activities in the oil and gas sector.
Responding, CP Mike Okoli fsi thanked Alh. Ibrahim Haliru and his team for appointing Hon. Bello Bina as the Chairman IPMAN Bayelsa State Chapter and charged Hon.Bello Bina to use his position as the head of the steering committee on surveillance/intelligence sharing and monitoring taskforce to curtail illegal activities in the oil and gas sector in Bayelsa State.
The CP also assured Hon.Bello Bina of the commands readiness to partner with IPMAN in Bayelsa State to reduce oil theft and other criminal activities in the oil and gas sector.
