Supreme Court declares Greg Ibe authentic APGA guber candidate in Abia

The legal hurdles against the candidacy of the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, Professor Greg Ibe, was Wednesday, cleared as the

Supreme Court, re-affirmed him as the authentic flag bearer of the party in Abia State.

The apex court dismissed claims by other aspirants:Sir Chikwe Udensi, Gen. Ijioma Nwokoro Ijioma, and Etigwe Uwa, SAN, who had gone to court to challenge Ibe’s victory.
