Senator Ohuabunwa mourns late Ukpai

Senator Mao Ohuabunwa has expressed rude shock over the death of the late Deputy Chief of Staff, Office of the Governor, Chief Ukpai Agwu Ukpai.
Ohuabunwa in a condolence message described the demise of the former Commissioner for Transport as a heavy blow to Abia North in particular, and the entire state in general.
The former Speaker ECOWAS Parliament regretted that the late Ukpai who he said devoted his life to the service of the state in different capacities died at a time his contributions were highly needed.
He condoled with the deceased’s wife, family, Ohafia clan, Abia North and the political class and the entire state over the tragic incident.
Senator Ohuabunwa also commiserated with the State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu for losing his former Deputy Chief of Staff whom he described as a strong pillar of support in the Governor’s administration, as well as the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP family for the loss of a political Colossus.
He prayed God to grant the family, friends and everyone affected by the demise of the late political iroko the fortitude to bear the loss.
Senator Ohuabunwa also prayed God to grant the soul of the deceased eternal repose in his kingdom.
