Sen Ohuabunwa condoles Ekweremadu over loss of brother

Senator Mao Ohuabunwa has condoled with the immediate-past Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu over the sudden death of his elder brother, Chief Matthias Ekweremadu.

The late Ekweremadu who was until his death, the Commissioner for Transport, Enugu State slumped during a budget defense Thursday, and was later confirmed dead at the hospital.

Describing the incident as tragic and traumatic, Senator Ohuabunwa said he was devastated by the sad news of the ex-Commissioner’s sudden exit.
He prayed God to grant members of the bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Describing the deceased as a distinguished public servant and impactful leader, Senator Ohuabunwa urged members of the bereaved family to take solace in his legendary foot prints.
The former Speaker ECOWAS Parliament particularly urged Senator Ekweremadu not to allow the unfortunate incident to weigh him down.
