* Says he leads cartel of drug barons operating Brazil, Singapore

More troubles for the embattled Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, as the

National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA has declared him wanted for allegedly being one of the leaders of a Cartel of Drug Barons operating the Brazil, Singapore network.

The United States is also seeking the repatriation of Abba Kyari who is currently suspended from the Police Force to face prosecution in the US over his alleged involvement in the fruadulent activities of internet fraudster, Hushppupi.

Several instances of his intervention to free arrested Cocaine and Heroine suspects with US dollars and compromise seized hard drugs among NDLEA operatives
