Ikwuano/Umuahia initiative mourns as late Umuahia North council boss, Nwachukwu goes home

Members of Ikwuano/Umuahia Initiative, are in deep pains as the remains of the late Chairman of Umuahia North Local Government Area, Mr Chidiebere Nwachukwu, will be laid to rest, tomorrow, September 5, at his Ohuhu country home.
The group in a tribute signed by its Convener, Chief Ako Atulomah, described the demise of the 51- year old politician as a big blow to the Ikwuano/Umuahia political bloc in particular, and Abia State in general.
It also described Nwachukwu, a founding member of the group, as a Pilar of wisdom.

The tribute made available to Wawa News Global read:
“Tribute to Chief Chidiebere Nwachukwu From Ikwuano/Umuahia Initiative. With hearts heavy and spirits deeply grieved, the Ikwuano/ Umuahia Initiative mourns the passing of one of our own, Chief Chidiebere Nwachukwu. Chief Nwachukwu, was a Founding Member of this great structure – he was a pillar of wisdom, a man of integrity, and a source of inspiration to all who crossed his path.
“His contributions, sacrifices, and unwavering commitment to the progress of our people will forever remain etched in our hearts. We have lost a leader, a brother, and a true son of Ikwuano/Umuahia.
“While we mourn his departure, we also celebrate a life well lived – a life of service, honour, and impact. May the Almighty grant his soul eternal rest, and may his family find comfort in the legacy of love, unity, and excellence he has left behind.
“Adieu, Chief Chidiebere Nwachukwu. You will forever remain in our hearts.”
