Reports reaching Wawa News Global desk say a Court of Appeal in Abuja has dismissed a motion filed by the embattled Chief Justice of Nigeria ,CJN, Justice Waltar Onnoghen, challenging his unilateral suspension by President Muhammadu Buhari without legislative approval .
