Gregory varsity mgt hails students for shining at Abia tertiary education games

The Management of Gregory University Uturu, GUU, has applauded the students of the institution for making waves at the just-concluded maiden edition of the Abia State Tertiary Education Games.

GUU , team finished second at the games.

A statement from the management of the institution, attributed the feat to the commitment of the students to excellence.

The statement signed by Rev. Sleek Ogwo, said:” This remarkable achievement is a true reflection of the university’s commitment to all round excellence in every sector including sports and academics.

It further read:””Team GUU’s outstanding performance is even more impressive considering they were the best-performing private institution among the 16 participating tertiary institutions. This feat showcases GUU’s dedication to fostering well-rounded individuals who excel in various fields.

“A thorough analysis of the implications of this achievement robustly reinforces and amplifies the attainment of the mission of the university’s Founder, Prof. Gregory Ibe, whose vision from the outset was to establish an institution that would be globally recognized as a centre of excellence for producing individuals who are intellectually, ethically, morally, and physically sound.
