Buhari’s visit: Imo streets deserted

Reports reaching Wawa News Global say streets in Owerri the Imo State capital have been completely deserted ahead of today’s visit by President Muhamnadu Buhari.

Biafran agitators have vowed to stay indoors as Buhari visits Imo today to commission some projects executed by Gov. Hope Uzodima.

The sit-at-home protests according to the agitators which seems to enjoy the popular support of many Igbo across the entire South East region was because of the President’s seeming hard stance against the agitation for self determination of Biafra
