As political activities for the 2019 polls gradually gather momentum, industrialist and business mogul, Ambassador Darlynton Onuoha Kalu has joined the presidential race.
The President, African Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (AASME) made his intention known in a  statement he released to the press.
Kalu who said he had remained a  faithful member of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)  since 1999 intends to actualise his political ambition through PDP.
He promised to create 60 million entrepreneurs in Nigeria, and to build 72 cluster industries in every state if elected.
Other top priorities in his manifesto include: education for all,  steady power supply,  easy access to funds for business development.
He also promised to re-brand Nigeria’s global image and to reduce corruption.
The  Abriba Abia State born industrialist also promised  to restructure Nigeria to correct the endemic lopsidedness responsible for the continued political tension in the country.
