Breaking!!!! Abia APC guber primaries : Ogah in early lead

Dr. Uche Ogah is in the early lead in the governorship primaries of the All Progressive Congress, APC for Abia State.
The results are being declared amidst tight security.
He has won in six out of the eight Local Government Areas results so far declared by the Congress Committee Chairman, Rt. Hon. David Iyoha at APC state secretariat Umuahia.
He polled a total of 27855 in six LGAs while his closest rival, Martins Azubuike crawled behind with 3816.
The LGAs include : Ikwuano, 1457; Isiala Ngwa South, 3613; Aba South, 1246; Umuahia North, 10060; Umunneochi, 8157; and Umuahia South, 3322.
Martins Azubuike however won in his Isiala Ngwa North with 2852; and Osisioma, 964.
Other results are still being awaited.
