Eze Ogoke decried the horrifying experiences of his subjects in the hands of bandits on the prowl in the area while those who should speak for the people kept mute.
He vowed that the royal fathers would mobilise their subjects to quash the senatorial ambition of anyone promoting Muslim-Muslim ticket but complacent over the menacing activities of bandits and festering insecurity in the area.
The monarch regretted that those who should be speaking for Abia North had abandoned the people to their fate in the face of the troubling security challenges.
He said that any leader who abandoned Abia North when it counted most should not be expected to be rewarded with a fresh mandate in 2023.
According to him, Abia North will send somebody with their interest at heart to the red chamber to give the zone quality representation.
He, however, advised the PDP to be vigilant against vote hackers, warning that those desperate to hold on to power might have hatched plans to hack the polls.
The royal fathers were in unison that Abia North is not for sale and will never again be made object of caricature or comic relief at the hallowed red chamber.
