Ex- President Jonathan visits Wabara over wife’s death

Former President Goodluck Jonathan, Friday evening, visited ex-Senate President, Senator Adolphus Wabara in his Abuja residence, to condole with him over the death of his wife, Mrs Felicia Wabara.
The former President was accompanied in the visit by his former Chief of Staff, Chief Mike Oghiadomhe; and Senator Mbu.
Jonathan expressed pain over the death of Mrs Wabara who he described as exceptional mother with the heart of gold.
He regretted that the deceased died at a time her presence, motherly care and deep affections were most needed.
Jonathan who prayed for the repose of the soul of the departed, also prayed God to give the bereaved the fortitude to bear the pain.
Responding, Senator Wabara thanked the former President for identifying with the family in their moment grief.
He said the wife’s death was devastating to the entire family, noting that the late wife was so dear to him.
