Breaking : Uwazurike arrives DSS office
* To be grilled over viral anti RUGA video
By Steve Oko
Report reaching Wawa News Global says Leader of the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra and Biafra Independent Movement, MASSOB BIM, Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, has arrived the Owerri office of the Department of State Services , DSS.
The Biafran activist was reportedly invited by the secret police agency for questioning over his anti -RUGA video which has gone viral on the social media.
Uwazurike was seen on the video urging Ndigbo both at home and in diaspora to be united and stoutly resist the toxic RUGA policy on Igbo soil.
Apparently uncomfortable with Uwazurike’s hard position on the suspended project he was invited for further explanations by the security agency.
According to a photo he took upon arrival at the DSS office, Uwazurike was sighted clutching a cardigan and a polythene bag.
His attire which is akin to that of ex-Gov. Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State when he was a guest at the Abuja headquarters of the anti -graft agency, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, suggests that he is ready for anything.
It is however not yet clear if he will be released or detained after interrogations.
Meanwhile tension has continued to build across South East region over the justification of the alleged invitation of Uwazurike especially when the Northern youths that issued a 30- month ultimatum to the President to reverse the suspension of RUGA or they would quit all Southerners in the North are still parading the streets unmolested.
Apart from Uwazurike other individuals and groups including South East Governors’ Forum have vehemently rejected RUGA in the zone.
