Breaking!!! Yoruba float own currency notes

* Set to declare Oduduwa republic
By Steve Oko
Strong indications have emerged that the rumoured plans for self determination by Yoruba tribe  may have reached advanced stage as those behind the agitation have allegedly floated some currency notes for the proposed republic.
Information available to Wawa News Global showed that the protagonists of the Oduduwa Republic are currently engaged  with  high level diplomatic consultations for the actualisation of the projects.
Peeved by the increasing criminal activities of Fulani herders in the South West zone, some Yoruba groups have opted for self determination as permanent solution to the deteriorating security situation in region.
The advocates of autonomous South West region or Oduduwa republic have also reportedly proposed to sponsor a bill to that effect in all Houses of Assembly in the zone.
Some of the currency notes are in the denominations of 10, 20 and 1000 notes .
Analysts believe that the move would boost the agitation for the  restoration of Biafra republic being championed by the South East and South South zones.
Just last week, a prominent Yoruba son and former President Olusegin Obasanjo had frowned at the dominance of the country’s political space and security architecture by the core North.
Obasanjo had also previously raised an alarm over  the alleged plot to Fulaise /Islamise Nigeria, accusing the President Muhammadu Buhari -led administration of working to facilitate the evil plot .
Buhari had since denied nursing any such plot .
