Similarly, Ogah who voted at his Onuaku Uturu polling unit said he would emerge as the winner of the contest.

The APC candidate expressed satisfaction at the massive turn out of voters at the polling unit, saying the people are curious to have a change of guard in the state.

He also said that reports reaching him from other parts of the state indicated that APC was coasting to victory.

He accused PDP agents and supporters of instigating violence in APC strongholds.

Ogah alleged massive rigging at Nkporo the home of the Deputy Governor, accusing PDP of masterminding the crisis.

His words :”PDP agents in their desperation for victory are busy instigating violence and hijacking electoral materials. “

He said he was told that there was sporadic shootings at Osisioma and parts of Aba.

Ogah specifically alleged that at Usaka Umuofor Amasa Nsulu in Isiala Ngwa North PDP supporters chased away APC agents and took the ballot papers to the house of a PDP chieftain to thumb-print.
“The situation in Usaka Umuofor and Umusonyike communities are bad. Agents of PDP are chasing APC agents with machetes.
“Mr David, the younger brother of Great Imo Jonathan, my Media Aide has been chased into the bush.
“Ballot boxes have been carted away by the PDP with INEC officials, one police lady and and one civil defence lady. They are in the compound belonging to one Mr Uche, a PDP leader’s home near the voting point in the primary school”.
