Army inflicts heavy casualty on Boko Haram
By Steve Oko
The Army, Saturday, inflicted heavy casualty on the Boko Haram terrorists who had planned an attack on a military base in Buni Yadi, Tobe State.
A number of the terrorists fell by the superior fire power of the military while scores escaped with bullet wounds.
The crushing is coming less than a week after the terrorists attacked the convoy of Borno State Governor killing for persons including two soldiers.
In what appears to be a revenge attack the military has put the terrorists operating around the area in total disarray.
In a related development, the Army also put Boko Haram fighters on the flight at Jebbra Figi Crossing in Borno State.
Acting Director Public Relations, Cool. Sagir Musa , who confirmed both incidents in a release, vowed that the terrorist would have no rest until they are decimated from Nigeria soil.
