This is as the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC,  may have caught fever over the rising popularity of PDP in Kano.
Sani Abacha Stadium, venue of the rally was filled to capacity and had over flow as former Governor of the state, and PDP chieftain,  Senator Kwankwaso proved that he is still in charge of the state by filling the stadium with his supporters.

As Kwankwaso’s political structure and Atiku’s supporters surged at the venue in hundreds of thousands, the crowd jostled for air, thus, leading to near stampede.
