Ikpeazu excited as Golden Guinea Umuahia is set to resume operations

There are serious indications that the people’s Golden Guinea Breweries Umuahia Abia State will resume operations before the last quarter of 2018 after over a decade of comatose following an explosion at the factory.
Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu was so excited about the development after an inspection of the level of work at the factory located on Aba Road Umuahia.
The new handlers of the firm who did not want the news broken yet until the appropriate time hinted that they were putting finishing touches on the rehabilitation work at the multi-billion naira complex.
The Governor said the economic life of Umuahia would boom again when the company fully rebounds, expressing delight over the level of work at the complex.
He reiterated the preparedness of his administration to return Abia as a leading state on the economic map of Nigeria.
Wawanewsglobal reports that massive rehabilitation work was going on at the facility during the visit even as expatriates and some indigenous technicians were observed test-running some of the newly installed machines.
